least seven business days ago and still have not received it. What should

I've placed an order
but want to cancel or change it. What should I do?
Because of the expedited service, we cannot guarantee
a change or cancellation of your order before it is shipped. Please
call 1 503780-0651 as soon as possible after submitting your order,
and we will attempt to make whatever corrections are possible. Shipped orders cannot be changed.

What credit cards do you accept?
We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We can accept checks but this will delay shipment. Call 1-866-786-3764 if you absolutely need to pay by check.

Returns and/or Refunds?
If you wish to return a product you must
do so within 30 days of purchase and returned product must be un-opened and in-tact.
A 30% handling & re-stocking fee will be deducted from your return
credit. Please note, shipping & handling originally charged are
not included in refunds. You must pay return shipping charges. Refunds
will not be made on returned product received in questionable condition.
