Sun Frog Products Inc. and SunFrog.com are located in beautiful Portland, Oregon. Ordering from our secured servers will afford you the same opportunities as buying from a local retailer, without the hassle of driving it home. Unfortunately we are unable to ship outside the United States.

Do you have secured servers?
Yes. When asked for your credit card numbers, you will notice a closed padlock in the lower left hand corner of your browser's window. This indicates that your transaction is encrypted for your protection.

How will my order be sent to me?
SunFrog.com ships its packages via UPS, for both cost savings and convenience.

How soon after I place my order will it arrive?
All orders are processed the same day they are received. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for shipping and delivery.

I placed an order at least seven business days ago and still have not received it. What should I do?
Please click here GuestService@SunFrog.com and include in your message your name, billing address, shipping address (if different), and the time, date, and amount of the order. If you prefer, you may call 1-866-786-3764 and ask to speak with a Customer Service Representative. Note: Please call between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Saturday.

I've placed an order but want to cancel or change it. What should I do?
Because of the expedited service, we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation of your order before it is shipped. Please call 1 503780-0651 as soon as possible after submitting your order, and we will attempt to make whatever corrections are possible. Shipped orders cannot be changed.

Do you accept checks? What credit cards do you accept?
We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We can accept checks but this will delay shipment. Call 1-866-786-3764 if you absolutely need to pay by check.

Returns and/or Refunds?
If you wish to return a product you must do so within 30 days of purchase and returned product must be un-opened and in-tact. A 30% handling & re-stocking fee will be deducted from your return credit. Please note, shipping & handling originally charged are not included in refunds. You must pay return shipping charges. Refunds will not be made on returned product received in questionable condition.
