Coverage: One gallon should provide two-coat protection for 200 to 250 square feet. Life Expectancy: One year on one coat; three-plus years if two coats are done, though actual life varies with amount of foot traffic, frequency and nature of cleaning and type of Composite Decking. APPLICATION: Apply to clean, dry material only, when temperature is between 50 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit and no rain or freezing temperatures are expected within 24 hours. Apply with a paint brush, paint pad, roller or sprayer. If sprayed, back brooming, brushing, padding or rolling is advised to work out puddles and achieve uniform coating. Apply to the length of each board or full set of boards so as not to overlap, keeping a wet edge to avoid lap marks, before moving to next board or set of boards. When dry to touch (usually 2 to 4 hours), apply a second coat for maximum performance and durability. Do not walk on recently done decks for 24 hours.
