Privacy Policy
At SunFrog, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle your data with transparency and care.
SunFrog, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), the owner and operator of sunfrog.com respects the privacy of our users and has developed this Privacy Policy to demonstrate its commitment to protecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy is intended to describe for you, as an individual who is a user of any of our websites or our services, the information we collect, how that information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and your choices about such uses and disclosures.
We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully when using any of our websites or services or transacting business with us. By using any of our websites, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1Information we collect about you
We may collect personal information that can identify you such as your name and e-mail address and other information that does not identify you. When you provide personal information through any of our websites, the information may be sent to servers located in the United States and other countries around the world.
Information you provide
We may collect and store any personal information you enter on any of our websites or provide to us in some other manner. This includes identifying information, such as your name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number (including numbers you give us for SMS marketing), and, if you transact business with us, financial information such as your payment method. If you claim an on-site promotional offer, we may collect the e-mail address and/or phone number you submit even if you do not have an account, together with your marketing consent for that channel.
Information from other sources
We may also periodically obtain both personal and non-personal information about you from business partners, contractors and other third parties. Examples include updated delivery and address information, purchase history, and additional demographic information.
Information about others
We may also collect and store personal information about other people that you provide to us (e.g., when sending gifts or invitations). We may store your personal information and the personal information of each such recipient.
Promotions and device data
When you view or claim a promotional banner, we may record your IP address and a device identifier so we can show or hide the offer, prevent duplicate claims, and apply a coupon at checkout. If you are signed in, we may also associate the claim with your account.
2Use of cookies and other technologies
We use various technologies to collect information from your computer and about your activities on our sites.
Information collected automatically
IP address, browser type and language, access times, and referring website addresses.
Cookies
Assigned identifiers to facilitate access and personalize your online experience.
Promotion and device cookies
A device identifier (stored for up to two years) and promotion cookies that remember whether you dismissed or claimed an offer and, if claimed, auto-apply the coupon at checkout (typically up to 90 days or until the offer ends).
Web Beacons
Tracking use of our sites and effectiveness of our communications.
US Only Disclosure
When you visit or log in, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners to associate activities with other personal information. You may opt out at retention.com/optout.

4With whom we share your information
Authorized service providers
Order fulfillment, payment processing, delivery, and marketing assistance. This includes third-party systems that send e-mail and SMS campaigns on our behalf. We give those systems the contact details needed to deliver the message (such as your name, e-mail address, phone number, and consent records). On-site promotional banners, popups, ribbons, and coupon offers are operated by us.
Business partners
Collaborating merchants for specific offers or programs.
Legal & Fraud Prevention
Subpoenas, court orders, or action against suspected illegal activities.
5Marketing communications and promotions
On-site promotions
We operate promotional banners, popups, and side ribbons on our websites. Claiming an offer may require your e-mail address and/or phone number and a checkbox confirming you want marketing on that channel. We store the claim, issue a coupon, and may auto-apply it at checkout.
E-mail marketing
When you create an account, we subscribe that e-mail address to promotional messages (deals, new drops, and newsletters) unless you opt out. You may also subscribe by claiming a promotion or signing up for our newsletter. We compose these campaigns ourselves and send them through third-party e-mail systems.
SMS marketing
SMS marketing requires a separate opt-in. We will not text you about offers until you consent, such as by toggling SMS marketing in your profile or checking the SMS box on a promotional offer. Consent is not required to make a purchase. Messages may be recurring and automated. Message and data rates may apply. We send these texts through third-party messaging systems.
6Your choices
You can decide whether to receive marketing from us. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages we need to run your account or complete an order.
Account settings
Signed-in users can turn Marketing & Promos and SMS marketing on or off in profile notification settings.
E-mail unsubscribe
Every marketing e-mail includes an unsubscribe link. Use it to stop promotional e-mail for that address.
Text STOP
Reply STOP to a marketing text to unsubscribe from SMS. We may keep your number so we can honor that request.
Promotional banners
You can dismiss a banner or popup without claiming the offer. Dismissing it does not subscribe you to e-mail or SMS.
Transactional messages
Order confirmations, shipping updates, password resets, and similar account messages are not marketing. We may still send those after you opt out of promotions.
