Our Guarantee

Because every item is custom printed specifically for you when you order, we cannot restock or resell returned items. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we easily offer a free replacement or a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives with a printing defect, damage from shipping, or is the wrong item altogether, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number.
  • Provide clear photos of the defect, damage, or wrong item.
  • Specify if you heavily prefer a replacement or a refund.

Sizing Issues

We highly recommend reviewing the sizing charts listed on each product page before ordering. Because items are made-to-order, we cannot offer direct exchanges for sizing mistakes. If you ordered the wrong size, please reach out to our support team and we will do our best to provide a discounted replacement code.

Lost Packages

If your tracking link indicates your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check around your property or with neighbors. If it's still missing after 48 hours, or if tracking halts entirely for over a week, contact us. We'll help track it down or issue a replacement.
