How long will it take to get my order?
All of our products are made-to-order. Production usually takes 2-4 business days. Depending on your location, shipping takes an additional 3-7 business days. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as it ships out!
Where do your products ship from?
Our primary facility is located in Gaylord, Michigan, USA. We print and ship the majority of our orders directly from there!
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders very quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us immediately. Once an order enters the printing queue, we can no longer cancel or modify it.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We hope to expand international shipping in the future!
What if I entered the wrong address?
Contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can update the label. If it's already in transit, we cannot reroute it.
How should I wash my printed garments?
To keep your prints looking fresh, wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the printed design.
Are the dimensions on the size charts exact?
Garment manufacturing can have a tolerance of up to 1 inch. While our charts are highly accurate, slight variations can occur.
