SunFrog respects the rights of artists and content creators. This policy outlines our standards for copyright and trademark protection.
SunFrog, LLC (“SunFrog”) has adopted the following general policy towards the infringement of copyright and other intellectual property in accordance with general United States intellectual property laws and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the “DMCA”). SunFrog will respond to notices in the form provided below from jurisdictions other than the United States as well.

A. Reporting Infringements
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide a written Notice containing the following information:
An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
A specific description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you claim has been infringed.
A specific description of where the material is located on SunFrog (include product URLs).
Your address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or the law.
A statement that the information is accurate, under penalty of perjury.
Warning:Under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
B. Responding to Infringements
If you believe that your work has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, please provide a written Counter Notice containing:
A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber.
Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief that removal was a result of mistake.
Your name, address, phone number, and a statement of consent to Federal District Court jurisdiction.
