Design Interpretation
The artwork showcases a whimsical retro character design in the classic 'rubber hose' style, popular in early 20th-century cartoons. The central character is a smiling, walking taco complete with lettuce, tomatoes, and ground beef filling. The character wears a traditional Mexican sombrero, cartoonish white gloves, and red retro sneakers while giving a friendly thumbs-up. Bold, distressed lettering arches around the character, reading 'YOU HAD ME AT TACOS' in warm cream and golden-yellow shades. The entire graphic has an overlay texture that mimics vintage screenprinting, giving it a nostalgic, thrifted apparel look.
